Sessions are non transferable to other students or family members. Debit orders will continue unless payment is requested to be stopped in writing, Students must give 30 days in advance to cancel the contract before the next month.

Vertical Secrets makes use of an app for booking classes: Studiobookings Classes cancelled in well in advance can be caught up within the same month of cancellation. No shows or cancellation of classes less than 6 hours in advance will result in your session being forfeited – the credit will not be refunded on Studiobookings app.

Should you cancel with enough notice, you will be able to unbook your class and the credit will be refunded to use for another session within the same month. We do understand that emergencies happen, contact studio immediately with arrangements in extreme cases. Class credits do not rollover to the next month, so please make sure to use all your credits.
